When the Coronavirus Pandemic had everyone homebound, we at Moxshlife Commune opened our doors to students to access our courses and programs online. Since then, this opportunity has taken us to the doorsteps of all across the globe!

Yoga and Martial Arts lovers from anywhere can now experience the vibrancy and energy of training under the presence of our qualified teachers from wherever you are.

With special courses designed for people of all age groups, you can participate in regular sessions, short courses, one-time sessions in Moxshlife Yoga and Keimoudo Intensive Self-defence System, and even MoxshTalks by the Master, Acharya Dr. M. J. Pillai.

The Master says that Yoga and Martial Arts are best taught and learnt when the student and teacher are face-to-face. While studio training has unparalleled advantages, our specially designed app, live training and dedication when teaching gives an opportunity for those who are unable to attend our studio sessions to experience the same quality of training through our online sessions.

Courses Currently Available

Online training gives us the opportunity to offer premium courses to those who do not have the time to attend regular sessions or who stay at a distance from our training centes. So you can avail some courses at customized* time and days. (*Subject to availablity of the instructor)

1. Regular Course in Keimoudo Intensive Self-defence System (only for existing students
2. 3-hour workshop in Moxshlife Yoga
3. 2-hour session (each) in pranayama/meditation/relaxation techniques/breathing exercises of Moxshlife Yoga
4. 3-hour MoxshTalk session with the Master (on specific subjects)
5. 16-Session One-on-one personal training in Moshlife Yoga (Customized course but subject to availablity of the instructor)
6. 12-Session One-on-one personal training in Suryanamaskar (Customized course but subject to availablity of the instructor)
7. 12-Session One-on-one personal training in Kapalabhati and Pranayama (Customized course but subject to availablity of the instructor)

Live Training Sessions
You can learn Yoga, Martial Arts, and many other related subjects through live training sessions. Training in the presence of a qualified teacher has many advantages. Teachers can correct techniques and give you performance-based feedback on your progress, which will be monitored on a one-on-one basis.

Fitness, Health, Emotional Well Being, and Spiritual Growth
Keimoudo Intensive Self-defence System and Moxshlife Yoga focus on physical, psychological, and spiritual development of the practitioner. The arts will help you increase stamina, flexibility, and fitness, boost your immune system, and develop overall strength. All courses are conducted under the technical guidance of the Master, and so, you have an opportunity for holistic development of body, mind, emotions, and spirit.
