Moxshlife Well-being Retreat


4-day Residential Camp to gain emotional and physical strength

The Moxshlife Well-being Retreat is a biannual event conducted during the summer and winter vacations. It can be enjoyed by children and adults alike. Initially the retreats were restricted only to our Keimoudo Intensive Self-defence System (KISS) and Moxshlife Yoga students who considered this a wonderful get-away from their hectic and monotonous schedules. But after a lot of insistence from students this retreat is now open for all.

THERE IS NO PRE-REQUISIT FOR THE CAMP: No prior background in yoga or fitness activities or martial arts is required. Anyone can join the camp as long as they are physically fit and mentally sound.
AGE GROUP: 10 years to 45 years of age (provided no medical history)
ACCOMMODATION: Dormitory Style Accommodation
MEALS: Vegetarian Meals (Breakfast, Lunch, Eve Snacks & Dinner)

10. Keimoudo Martial Arts Weapons Techniques (including Hanbo, Nunchaku, Archery)
11. Aspects of Kung Fu and Ninjutsu
12. MoxshTalks with the Master, Acharya Dr. M. J. Pillai (separate for children & adults) which is an open forum to ask and discuss topics like health, wellness, fitness, diet, life, lifestyle, spirituality, etc.

Important Take-aways of the Camp
Exposure to our Culture: Prayer before meals, Self-discipline, Value of Hard work, Respect others, etc.
Children learn: Importance of health, proper diet, proper sleep pattern, value of parents, studies, etc.
Adults witness: Time & schedule management, how to de-stress, daily exercise routines, importance of minimal screen time, how to relax, etc.

Accommodation
We offer simple dormitory style accommodation with toilets and bathrooms.
Fees: The fees includes training, accommodation and meals.
Duration: 4 Days

Eligibility: Only physically and mentally fit individuals who are between 10 to 45 years of age (below 18 must have a legal guardian who will take responsibility) and satisfy all the required documentation and other requirements are eligible to enrol for our residential programs. If any health issues/conditions kindly consult your physician before joining the program.
Moxshlife Commune and/or Moxshlife Warriors, its founder, the teachers, staff, volunteers, any third party involved, etc. are not responsible for any nature of accident/injury/illness that may occur. The participant (if below 18 then his/her legal guardian) is responsible for the participant and their belongings.
