About Moxshology—The Science Of Ultimate Liberation

A Spiritual Science for the Jet-Age Generation

Moxshology is a divine spiritual science Founded by the Master following His spiritual experience, which took place after His encounter with His Gurudev's energy.

The Founding of Moxshology
The Master realized that in the 21st Century, people across the world have the same needs and face similar concerns. And they also have an inner need for solace; they have questions about life and how to live it.

However, most of them don't know that these can be sought through spiritual study. They also don't know what spiritual study is. Generally it is thought that:
1. Spiritual practice is the same as, or is similar to, practice of any organized religion.
2. Practicing meditation, having a calm demeanour, or even doing some social work is spirituality.
3. Becoming spiritual means giving up the material world and following age-old traditions, going into isolation, etc.
4. Spiritual study is not for the young. It is to be undertaken at a later stage in life.
5. After enlightenment or Moksh, one leaves the body.

According to the Master, all of these are misconceptions. Spiritual study is simply a study of one's spirit, or soul. After body and mind development, connecting with the soul marks the completion of a human being's development. It is equivalent to the blossoming of a flower. It is our salute to the existence. We become one with the existence. Moksh (liberation) is the true form of freedom. It is not freedom FROM something or someone (mukti), but freedom FOR

The Master then founded Moxshology—The Science of Ultimate Liberation. It is a systematic science for enlightenment in the 21st Century. It has three phases:

1. Moxshology Exercises: These are active exercises for today's high-energy, hyper-active individuals
2. Moxshology Catharsis Process: This is a process that purges the mind of all emotions and thoughts. It makes one centered and ready to go on the inward journey.
3. Moxshology Intensive Meditation: A cleansed mind is ready to 'fall' into 'dhyana'. The Master's intensive meditation techniques take people on the direct path to enlightenment.

Moxshology - Level II: Intensive Sadhana Course

The Moxshology SOUL course (Science Of Ultimate Liberation) captures the essence of Moxshology, which is a divine spiritual science for modern man. The course is meant for ardent spiritual practitioners and seekers with the quest for Enlightenment.

The SOUL Course: Beyond Conventional Spiritual Practice
Today the use of the word 'spiritual' or spiritual practice is not uncommon. Across the world, people practice various arts hoping for spiritual benefits. Among such arts, 'Yoga' is perhaps the most sought after and popular one.

Even so, it is important to realise that the understanding and practice of yoga has been dwarfed from what it was when it came into existence thousands of years ago.

The word 'Yoga' means union or one-ness. It is a state that can be achieved upon practicing the vast science of Yoga, which has four paths: Raja Yoga, Bhakti Yoga, Karma Yoga, and Jnana Yoga.

But today, while the world has adopted 'Yoga', what is really being learnt, taught, and promoted are Asana and Pranayama, which are just two parts of 'Ashtanga Yoga' (eight limbs of Yoga), which is a part of Raja Yoga. Even Dhyana—the 7th stage of Ashtanga Yoga, which signifies a 'state' where the mind is completely purged and emptied of thoughts, feelings, and emotions, and has become centred—has been often confused with the word meditation. And even meditation is being practiced for superficial results like peace of mind, stress relief, etc.

Therefore, although people practice with great enthusiasm and devotion, they might at best become expert practitioners. Ardent practitioners even become scholars and devote their entire life for its study, practice, and promotion. However, most do not experience the state of Super-consciousness (Samadhi), which is the 8th stage of Ashtanga Yoga. (To know more about Ashtanga Yoga, read FAQs)

Considering this scenario, the Master introduced the Moxshology SOUL Course as a means for the people of today to experience enlightenment. Along with several important subjects, the Master has introduced some special techniques, which are the most important part of the SOUL course.

Special Techniques to 'Fall' into Dhyana
The Master has developed special techniques in Moxshology that bridge the gap between the physical and spiritual and function as cathartic tools that cleanse the mind (emotions), and by the virtue of their intensity, rivet the mind in the 'here now' and compel it to remain rooted in the present.

This process prepares one for the practice of intensive meditation, where one can easily 'fall' into dhyana and begin the journey towards Enlightenment.

Subjects taught:
1. Moxshology Exercises For Body
2. Moxshology Catharsis Process for the Mind
3. Moxshology Intensive Meditation Methods for transcending from mind to no-mind
4. Discourses and Guidance from the Master
